A Summary of the Past Five Months

Well, I suppose it’s time for another post. 
The lack of posts has not been due to lack of events. I’ll briefly highlight a few of the major events of the last five months.
1. Jon and Val had a beautiful wedding at the end of July. The wedding was in Findlay, OH, so Phil and I enjoyed a (too) brief time with the Gons side of the family.
2. On September 13th, Ryan and Erin had their first baby—Olivia Marie Prigge! She is such a beautiful babydoll!!
3. A few weeks ago, Phil and I (with the help of some very kind friends) packed up all of our earthly belongings in a Penske truck and drove across the country to live in Bellingham, WA. There is so much I could say, but I’ll take the easy way out and let you read Phil’s wonderfully detailed post and check out our pictures.
So, here we are now in the very Northwest part of the country—practically in Canada—and adjusting to our new lives. Please pray for us as we try to find a new church home, sell our condo in Greenville, and as I look for a job. We are so grateful for God’s goodness and faithfulness to us. His loving, wise sovereignty gives us confidence to eagerly anticipate this new season in our lives. Don’t forget, family and friends are ALWAYS welcome!!

Just want to say thank you for the blog. I hope the Lord will continue using that to glorify Him. May the Lord bless you and your new career. Give my greeting to Shanna as well. Happy New year.
