We’re Having a Baby!! :)

Phil and I are expecting our first little munchkin in the beginning of November. We found out last week that we are having a GIRL! We are so incredibly excited! At first we were thinking it would be nice to have a little boy (to be an older brother), but many mothers have pointed out to me that having a girl first means a having a helper for the other children. 
Phil and I really enjoyed our ultrasound appointment—it is so incredible to see our little baby already! The nurse had a hard time getting all the measurements because baby girl was pretty squirmy. (I do feel her moving around quite often, and I love it!) We are praising the Lord that her development is normal. We are so eager to meet her, and are rejoicing that even now she is being “fearfully and wonderfully made” by our great God (Ps 139:14)!

Wow, Shanna, I’m used to seeing images like the black & white ones, but the sepia images are so distinct! Hello, baby girl!

I just love those 3D pictures! They amaze me every time I see them! It’ll be fun keeping up with you as your pregnancy progresses!! Hope you enjoy it!!
